If the authority is travelling to Andorra from Spanish or French territory, we remind you that you must first apply for and process authorisation to transport weapons with the Spanish and French authorities.
We remind you that it is necessary to submit a formal request for the carrying of weapons and bodyguards in the Principality of Andorra, by means of a verbal note addressed to the Head of Protocol at the following email address: introduccioambaixadors@govern.ad. The deadline for submitting the request is 14 October.
If it is necessary to modify or cancel a request that has already been made, the organisation must be notified as soon as possible.

Description: The gate to travel to and from the Andorra Forum is Barcelona Airport.

As for accommodation, the official hotel for the Forum is the Acta Art Hotel (https://www.actahotels.com/hoteles/hotel-acta-arthotel). To book at the special agreed rate for the Forum, please send an email to info@arthotel.ad with the following subject line: Fòrum Digital Internacional.

This information will be used to coordinate transfers between Barcelona and Andorra (round trip) and to arrange possible transport alternatives, according to the arrival and departure times of participants.
