In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), FinecoBank S.p.A., acting as Data Controller (the “Controller”), hereby informs data subjects that the personal data provided through this event registration form will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.

Categories of Personal Data
The personal data processed may include the following:

• first name and last name;

• company name;

• professional title and role;

• email address;

• mobile phone number (including international dialing code).
• type of identification document and identification number of the document.

Purposes of Processing
Personal data shall be processed solely for the following purposes:

• management of registration and participation in the event;

• transmission of organisational, logistical and informational communications relating to the event;

• fulfilment of administrative, organisational and regulatory obligations connected with the organisation of the event.

Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Methods of Processing and Data Retention
Personal data will be processed by electronic and telematic means, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, and in compliance with the security measures required under applicable data protection legislation.
Personal data shall be retained for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes outlined above and, in any event, for no longer than twelve (12) months following the conclusion of the event, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be disclosed to third-party service providers involved in the organisation and management of the event (including, by way of example, IT service providers, registration platforms and organisational support providers), who shall be duly appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
Personal data shall not be subject to disclosure.
Transfer of Personal Data Outside the European Union
Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
Provision of Personal Data
The provision of personal data is necessary in order to complete the registration process and to participate in the event.
Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to proceed with registration.
Rights of the Data Subject
Data subjects may exercise, at any time, the rights provided for under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR (including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability) by contacting the Data Controller at the following address:
