*Reduced rates for full-time university and PhD students. Students are kindly requested to provide the Professional Congress Organizers with a valid student identity card through the online registration process.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:

Till March 19: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (minus bank fees).
From March 20 to April 1 : Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
From April 2: No reimbursement.

Please note that no cancellation is possible if a VISA Letter has been required for this registration. Moreover, no cancellation is possible if the registration is connected to one published paper/poster. Attendee substitutions, however, may be made at any time (for last minute substitutions conference self check-in will not be possible)
All refunds will be made in euros. The organization cannot refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.
