To assure the safety and Security during your permanence here, the following policies have been adopted.

1. Health and safety Instruction

Throughout your visit, your personal safety is our concern. We therefore request that you abide by the following:

 Access to premises is only allowed when accompanied by an OS employee;

 Visitors badge must be worn at all the times and should be returned to reception upon departure;

 In the event of an emergency, all visitors must leave the premises immediately via the nearest safe exit and report to the designed assembly point;

 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building

2. Non- Disclosure Agreement

During your visit to OS facility, it may become necessary to exchange certain information of a proprietary or confidential nature. “Confidential Information”

means, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, any piece of information in any form or support, whether oral, documentary, magnetic, electronic,

graphic or digitized. To protect such information OS and you agree that you will not, either:

 Disclose or otherwise make available to others any Confidential Information disclosed to you during this and any subsequent visit.

 Use or assist others in using or further developing in any manner any Confidential Information

Capturing images of anything inside the premises or surrounding facility grounds is forbidden.

All documents, data carriers, samples, etc. (hereinafter called “Confidential Records”) supplied by OS or by you, to the other Party under this NDA, shall remain

the property of the Disclosing Party. Such Confidential Records, as well as any and all copies thereto made shall at the request of the Disclosing Party must be

either returned to it or destroyed immediately and without exception by the Receiving Party within 30 days from the date of the request.

OS made available an extended version of the NDA is necessary, under request.
